My passion is to help those who are feeling stuck. Perhaps you are trying to get out of an abusive relationship, or maybe just got out of one. Maybe you have experienced childhood traumas with your family, friends, or peers. Or, maybe you have daily stress you need to work through.

Regardless of what it is, I enjoy working with those going through racing thoughts, anxiety, depression, panic worry and helping them learn to relax their nervous system.
First session
Building rapport, getting to know each other, a safe space to express or talk about what has been happening in your mental health.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Working on reframing thought patterns stemming from past experiences. Learning coping skills and expression of emotions.
EMDR
Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma or have other stressors. This treatment helps process memories or situations in a safe way.
