Hi, I’m Erica! I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem concerns, depression, and social or school-related stressors. With experience in both school-based and clinical settings, I understand how emotional challenges can impact everyday life across different environments. I am also trained as a parent coach and work collaboratively with caregivers to support progress beyond sessions. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, strengths-based therapy, and family therapy, to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, increase emotional awareness, and feel more confident navigating daily challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying your goals. I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling challenged to grow. Together, we'll work toward improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, building confidence, improving relationships, and increasing emotional awareness. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools they can confidently use in their everyday lives.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a supportive, structured, and collaborative approach tailored to each client’s individual needs. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, strengths-based therapy, and family therapy, to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My style balances empathy with humor and a direct, honest approach, creating a comfortable space while still focusing on meaningful growth, practical coping skills, emotional awareness, and stronger relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation challenges, low self-esteem, or social and school-related stress may benefit from therapy. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck, or unsure how to manage their emotions and daily responsibilities. My clients often want to feel more confident, improve their relationships, develop healthier coping skills, and better understand themselves. I provide a supportive, structured space where they can work toward meaningful growth and lasting emotional well-being.

My treatment methods

Family Therapy

I use family therapy to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and help families work through challenges together. By fostering understanding and collaboration, families develop healthier patterns of interaction and create a more supportive home environment.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients strengthen relationships, build trust, and develop a greater sense of emotional security. By exploring how early relationships influence current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we work together to foster healthier connections, improve communication, and build lasting resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical skills to manage challenges, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting positive change.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build on their unique abilities, resilience, and successes. Together, we focus on developing confidence, overcoming challenges, and using existing strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses without judgment. Mindfulness can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, increase focus, and promote a greater sense of calm and balance.
