I specialize in working with people struggling with OCD by utilizing the Exposure Response Prevention modality. My practice can deal with a lot of taboo topics so I try to approach most sessions with kindness, warmth, understanding, and HUMOR. :) I believe that we all go through struggles in our life and could use a little help. I'm here when you're ready...

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be a "get to know ya" session. We will explore backgrounds and reasons for seeking treatment. This is always one of the best sessions. : )

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in a client-centered approach to mental health. Dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, fostering resilience and personal growth. Offering personalized strategies to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence.

My treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

When working with clients experiencing OCD, depression, anxiety, and/or specific phobias I utilize and exposure response prevention therapy which is gold standard for OCD and specific phobias. I do this and CBT together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Utilizing a mixture of CBT or cognitive therapy, or behavioral therapy is what I utilize. I do not stick to one specific method because I do not believe therapy is a one size fits all situation.
