Treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is a skills based approach. This method includes increasing mindfulness skills, interpersonal skills, and understanding emotions. DBT has real skills that most people find to be easy to implement and produce meaningful change very quickly.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT is designed to increase acceptance and identify areas where commitment is helpful. ACT promotes flexibility in how we see the world.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy is more gentle approach where we will process the many different types of thoughts and emotions that come up when we experience a loss. Claire promotes a safe and understanding environment for you to say the thoughts that are too difficult to manage alone.

Claire is fully engaged and really interested in seeing your results. She's the kind of therapist who facilitates her client's goals, rather than forcing an outcome. Genuine, humorous, insightful. Really happy we're working with her.
