My ideal client is someone who needs help reaching their highest potential and decrease emotional suffering. They should be ready and willing to begin receiving guidance on how to reach their peak. I believe in self-determination and that individuals can find solutions with the right support. I offer a person centered approach that relies on the client's self-determination. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It is my goal to really get to know clients and understand their unique needs. I believe in individual treatment and client can expect to be treated as such. Building rapport also is important so I prefer to take therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for the client. We discuss what your expectations are any questions that may be lingering regarding the therapy process.

I really want to work to put Clients in control of their lives. I believe that as a therapist I am a guide but I you are the expert on your life. We work together on healing and emotionally stability.
