Hello! I am Amy White, a Licensed Clinical Social Work. I received my degree from University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in the field for 11 years. I have had my private practice for five years.

First session

In our first session together, I will explain my therapeutic approach. We will take time to highlight the areas of discussion along our journey. I will take space to make sure you are feeling heard and understood. I understand that therapy can be nerve-wrecking. My hope is to create and communicate a sense of ease around the process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is the modality that is at the center of all of my therapeutic relationships. We will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. From here, we will develop additional skills and techniques to allow you to live your healthiest/happiness life.
