Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my Masters from the University of University of Chicago and have been working this field for almost 27 years. I help teens and young adults struggling with self esteem issues, relationships, and various stressors. We work collaboratively to find ways to overcome and become the best versions of themselves.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked with various ages and populations over the last 27 yrs, I'm able to create a safe and non-judgmental space to help in identifying the root cause of your challenges and create a plan that leads to measurable progress.

I love working with teens and young adults who are looking to find themselves and the best path for their futures. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their current situations.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve used a variety of methodologies in working with my clients and students over the years. In the last few years, I've found that CBT has helped to challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage anxiety in many of my clients. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
