Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, you will be in the driver’s seat. I will ask you about who you are as a person before we talk about what brought you to therapy. You can tell me as little or as much about yourself as you feel comfortable. You will have space to express your goals and expectations and you will learn about the therapeutic process, limits of confidentiality, and boundaries. We will discuss the regular rhythm of appointments that works for us both.

I am so happy that I happened upon Leah she listens to me. Asking me what I want from our sessions. Not explaining to me how she feels they need to go. She provides feedback after having allowed me to express my feelings. I have never looked forward to speaking with a therapist until now.
