Hello, I'm Constance Boyce. I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in the area of Christian based counseling as well as providing trauma informed care. I've been described as personable, insightful, and somewhat direct in my approach. I've found faith to be transformative in many of the lives of the clients that I work with. I use faith based CBT, EMDR, Predictive Processing Flash and other evidence based interventions to help people who are dealing with issues with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, depression, anger management, and other topics.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you and to find out about what brings you to counseling. I will also ask about some of your goals in therapy, and we can talk about some ways we can work toward those goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I've been told that I'm adept at asking insightful questions that help clients think about what they are discussing, and in helping them to develop insight, and to see things from a different perspective. I've also been told that I have a wealth of resources to provide clients, in regards to worksheets, articles, links to resources, etc.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm best positioned to serve clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, or who are struggling with emotional regulation, relational conflict, or navigating life transitions and who may be interested in using a faith based approach as well as other evidence based therapeutic approaches. In addition, for those clients seeking identity, purpose, and sense of self-worth.
