I am a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for supporting growth and healing in my clients. Rooted in a person-centered approach, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of rejection. I help clients examine both their internal and external worlds to better understand who they are, develop healthy coping strategies, and build more fulfilling relationships—with themselves and with others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel a little (or extremely) uncomfortable, and that’s completely normal. To help ease some of that discomfort, I focus on creating a relaxed, welcoming environment and giving us space to get to know each other. We can play a game, just chat, or do whatever helps you feel more at ease. Once we’ve found our footing and you feel ready, we’ll start exploring what brought you to therapy and begin setting goals based on what you want to get out of our time together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What sets my therapeutic approach apart is the combination of warmth, authenticity, and collaboration I bring into each session. Grounded in a person-centered foundation, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nature-informed practices to support holistic healing. I emphasize the power of connection—to oneself, to others, and to the natural world—as a vital part of the therapeutic process. Clients often appreciate the flexibility and authenticity I bring to our work together, which helps create a space where they can feel safe, seen, and free to be fully themselves while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily work with adult women navigating a variety of life experiences and mental health challenges, including anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, and more. I deeply believe in the healing power of connection—to both self and others—and I emphasize this throughout the therapeutic process. Clients who are open to self-reflection and ready to take an active role in their growth tend to benefit most from the approaches I use in sessions.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

With IFS-informed practices, I support clients in exploring parts that make up their internal world to support relationships with Self, others, and the world around them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With CBT, I support clients to integrate awareness of the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This often provides space to challenge, refocus, and reframe thoughts, tune into feelings, and make choices that better align with your goals for yourself.
