My name is Quashanté Ollivierre, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communication from Southern Connecticut University and Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Saint Joseph. I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. I am passionate about helping helping teenage girls ages 14+, college, and professional women, create a healthier relationship with themselves and others while achieving their goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self care, academic stress, relationship issues, career difficulties, and life transitions.

I use a CBT approach to teach clients mindfulness and cognitive tools to help achieve healthier thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
