Please be advised that I see patients every other week as I also work rotations at a psychiatric hospital.

I utilize an approach to therapy that is best described as a blend of empirically supported techniques. What may work well for one person may not be the best for another. Therefore, I try my best to stay open to the needs of each individual and provide a thoughtful and meaningful experience as a therapist for my clients.
