I have primarily worked with Hispanic/Latino and African American, college students, and young professionals starting out in their career. Welcome! I believe we all have a story to tell that may be filled with various events leaving us feeling broken hearted, unsafe, vulnerable, and angry. As time goes on, our lives may seem to feel unstable and unbearable, resulting in disconnecting from ourselves, families, work/school, spiritual lives, and much more. On The Vine Services is rooted in staying connected to an everlasting life supportive system. As your therapist, I will be dedicated in assisting in what that looks like for you. I believe in the opportunity in having a safe space to share your story while connecting to a support system to promote optional well-being. My background is in children and families with being a Registered Play Therapist. I am trained in utilizing Theraplay, which focuses on attachment issues. I am also a Daring Way Facilitator, which focuses on shame and vulnerability.
