Over 22 years of actively working with others to support their holistic healing journey has formed my practice to include multiple different modalities. These modalities include Cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, Mindfulness techniques and somatic therapeutic interventions. I work with Substance Use Disorder OP Treatment including MAT as well as other mental health concerns. From Acute Stress to Chronic and Complex PTSD my experiences and training can support you on your journey to long term wellness and development of the life you've always known you were capable of growing.
We will review your intake form to support needs identification. Typically, this results in me giving coping skills to support reduction of presenting symptoms.
My biggest strength is my ingenuity and relational personality. Developing a safe space for lots or just a little disclosure is my forte. Some of the best feedback I get from clients is simply, "You really care."
I prefer to work with self-motivated individuals working through Complex Trauma. Typically, this is recognizable with more common diagnoses of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder as well as borderline personality disorder. I am also confident working with these struggles individually.

Stephenie is very welcoming. I felt able to open up to her and be vulnerable. She's very understanding and open minded. Love the problem solving. I'm definitely grateful to have found her. Only two visits in so far!
