New to Grow
Hi. I’m Tori. I’m so glad that you are here and taking the first step toward making your mental health a priority and I’m honored that you are considering me to help you in your journey. I specialize in women’s issues, ptsd, grief, and anxiety. I have years of experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I want to help you achieve peace and contentment in your life.
More than anything else, I want you to feel safe and free to express anything that is on your mind. We will chat and get to know each other. I will invite you to tell me your story and concerns. We will plan how to move forward with goals that are importance to you.
What I hope stands out is that I see you for the unique person you are. You aren’t a “condition” or a diagnosis, but a valuable person. I tailor my approach to you and your goals.
I have years of experience working with individuals who are survivors of abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse and sexual abuse. I am very LGBTQ affirming. General anxiety and grief are other concerns that I have experience with. My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate and collaborative. I want you to feel safe knowing that you can speak your mind and be heard.
