Hello, my name is Hailey and I have been a mental health therapist for 13 years. I was born and raised in southern California , and I am passionate about helping people increase fulfillment in their lives. Here are a few examples of what I help my clients with: improving their thought life, gaining insight and perspectives, improving their relationships, increasing healthy communication skills, strengthening their boundaries, improving their mood regulation skills, increasing confidence, developing / strengthening self identity and creating healthy expectations of themselves and others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session will consist of identifying the reason you are wanting therapy, discussing what problems you are experiencing, and developing a treatment plan to best support your values, personality and goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength as a provider is that I am compassionate, understanding , direct and honest. I provide validation, insight, and offer alternative perspective to my clients. I find that using analogies and metaphors has been beneficial to my clients' understanding of life situations that otherwise may have been emotionally overwhelming to process. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life which has allowed me to become multifaceted and eclectic in my treatment style as a provider.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I can best serve clients who are wanting to grow, gain insight, and develop steps and strategies to become a person they are proud of.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I enjoy educating my clients on how to reframe, challenge, and reduce negative/ irrational thinking patterns.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients improve awareness of their patterns and behaviors, and to create realistic expectations of themselves and others.

Somatic

Our bodies carry emotions and with somatic therapy applied in treatment, it can help improve a client's awareness of their body and how it is impacted from emotional distress.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT often to help my clients reduce racing thoughts, and improve their ability to observe and not absorb their feelings if they are struggling with emotional overload.

Mind-body approach

The connection between our body and mind are needed to improve mindfulness and the ability to be present with ourselves and others.
