Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical social worker (LCSW) in California. I received my master's in social work from the California State University, San Bernardino and have been practicing for 7 years. My focus has been on helping individuals that struggle with feeling like they are not enough, grief, anxiety, and depression reframe and reclaim their lives.

During our first session together, the expectation would be we start where you are. Get to know what brought you in, but also briefly discuss you past to learn what has affected your life. This will allow us to work on goals you work like to set and work towards in therapy.

One thing I can promise is you will always have a non-judgmental space to feel safe and heard. This will allow for an environment where you can be open so we can identify root causes and create a plan together that allows your personal growth.

I have enjoyed working with diverse populations that are eager to find their joy and happiness in life. Most of the time they do not even know such emotions are an option for them until we start working together, because they have focused on giving it to the ones they love.
