First session
During our first session together, the expectation would be we start where you are. Get to know what brought you in, but also briefly discuss you past to learn what has affected your life. This will allow us to work on goals you work like to set and work towards in therapy.
Strengths
One thing I can promise is you will always have a non-judgmental space to feel safe and heard. This will allow for an environment where you can be open so we can identify root causes and create a plan together that allows your personal growth.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients who are ready to reconnect with a sense of joy and fulfillment in their lives. Many of the people I support have spent so much time caring for others that they have lost touch with their own needs. Through therapy, they begin to recognize that their own happiness, healing, and emotional well-being are possible—and worth prioritizing.

Solution Focused is a great tool to help prioritize and set goals to be achieved. This treatment method helps focus on the present and future.
