My name is Keith Thomas. I received my my Bachelors of sciences from Saginaw Valley State University, and my Masters of Art (counseling) from Central Michigan University. I have been working in the mental health field as a counselor since 2018 and working in the mental health field in general since 2014. My experience encompasses working with all ages and populations.

I am open to working with all clients. Most of my career has been working with children and families. With that being said that means that I have gained the experience in working with all ages and populations. I have worked with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, family issues, relationship issues, body dysmorphia and many more. I do my best to meet each person where they initially are when they enter therapy.
