About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing client centered, solution focused therapy for over 25 years with an established private practice since 2005. In my practice, my goal is to provide a supportive environment which allows clients to identify and achieve their goals. In addition to my work as a therapist, I provide training and consultation services regionally and nationally on trauma informed care, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), sexually harmful behavior, vicarious trauma and self-care.

Having over 25 years of experience working with an extremely diverse clientele allows me to offer my clients a supportive space to explore their concerns while providing them with the resources developed over decades of practice. I treat each client as the expert in their own life and use my experience to support and guide them to find their own solutions
