In your first session, we will have introductions and talk about the experience you expect to have in therapy. We will complete your intake to talk specifically about why you are seeking therapy or to help you find your reason. Our first meeting will be your first step to a better quality of life. After our first session, you may feel better after taking this first step.

I am a Behavioral Therapist who focuses on positive behavior change and improving quality of life. My Therapy is for all, but you will experience connecting, challenging, progressive, and productive therapy as my client. I will give you activities, experiences, and exercises to put the feel-good back in your life. We are a team, we will do this together.
