I create spaces where you can be real about what’s hurting and still believe healing is possible. My approach is strength-based, rooted in trust and compassion, and grounded in the belief that resilience already lives in you, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Whether you need to crash out or cry. You’re safe here. All feelings are welcome. Our first session is just us getting to know each other and what brought you here. Don't feel like you have to let it all out in session one. We have time, fam. We’ll move at your pace and build something that actually feels safe and sustainable for you. I’m really looking forward to meeting you. Outside of therapy, I enjoy art, church, content creation, fashion, writing, and spending time with my nieces and nephews.

Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone who’s carrying a lot, whether it shows on the outside or not. They may be used to holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They want a space where they don't have to perform, explain away their emotions, or pretend they're okay. They're ready to heal but may not know where to start. They want to believe things can get better, even if hope feels distant right now. They value authenticity, compassion, and a therapist who meets them where they are without judgment or pressure.
