First session

In our first session, I create a safe, welcoming environment for clients so they feel completely at ease, allowing me to naturally learn their stories and then together, we'll map out the best path forward for your goals.

Bo is an amazing therapist! She is so kind, warm, and smart. I haven’t met a therapist like her before and I feel really comfortable speaking with her even from the first session. I think Bo has the skills and warmth needed to really help others who are going through a depressive episode or something negative in their life. I don’t often recommend therapists but I do recommend Bo very much.
