Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, I will ask you questions about who you are and how you became that person. We will spend some time getting to know each other to build a rapport. We will explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, and together we will establish goals that will help you achieve the changes you would like to make.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel that I am an empathetic listener. I am a realist, and I am straightforward in my approach. I have a passion for helping others reach their goals. I work well with teens and adults with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, and life changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals navigating life transitions and are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression and work-life balance. I work best with individuals who are willing to engage in self-reflection, even when it feels uncomfortable and believe in their capacity to grow. I work best with individuals who are open to new ideas, and appreciate a strategic, step-by-step approach."
