Virginia Clagg
I’m a compassionate clinician committed to providing a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and supported. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, helping you explore challenges, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional well-being and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
First session
During our first session, you can expect a thoughtful exploration of your experiences, concerns, and goals. Together, we will identify key moments when life began to feel difficult, stagnant, or disconnected and explore the patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck. This process will help us understand where you have been, clarify where you want to go, and begin creating a practical path toward healing and meaningful change.
Strengths
I bring compassion, empathy, and the ability to truly listen without judgment. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can be honest, explore difficult emotions, and feel understood. I'm seasoned, I have. twenty+ year history of healing.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone who recognizes that something in their life is no longer working and is ready to explore it with honesty and courage. You do not need to have everything figured out—you simply need a willingness to show up, reflect, and do the work required for meaningful change. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns, build practical tools, and take realistic steps toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you want.
