I am a licensed professional wants to share with others and help them realize that there is still HOPE! There maybe seasons in one's life when we have challenges however, seasons come and go. With that in mind, my goal is to support you through your tough season so that you are able to get back to enjoying your life, continue building upon your foundation and to having a better tomorrow.
First session
During our first session, we will make time to become acquainted with one another and discuss our expectations of what we want to achieve.
Strengths
I have learned that patience is a virtue. Having patience allows me to be curious enough to earnestly listen and offer positive reflection which has shown to motivate clients to set achievable goals.
Ideal clients
In my practice, I am focused on providing service to adults who are looking to overcome challenges by focusing on the solutions and not the problems. These client's may even have an idea of what the future would look like when the problem is solved; but may need help to structure the pathway to get there. We will work together to set clear, achievable goals that motivate the client into action.

Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
It has been my experience that clients want to focus on solutions and not problems; they are ready to move forward in a positive direction, by setting goals that are achievable over a short period of time. It's just sometimes hard to see the forest for the trees. I would like to help you see the beauty of the forest and be able to enjoy a lot of what it encompasses as you use your strenghts, coping strategies and personal resources.
