I've spend 14 years working with adolescents but i also having experience working with veterans and people with addiction. I've worked with people that have PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, anger issues, drug and alcohol addictions; I've also facilitated various groups in schools and in psychiatric facilities

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll explain how i operate and answer any question you may have; this will be a time to see if you and I will be a good fit

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've never felt that I'm the expert in my client's life and I'm here to "cure" them. I see myself as a guide in your journey to reach your goals. I tend to build rapport quickly and I also don't try to take myself very seriously

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with teens to young adults; in particular, I work with clients who have anger issues, depressive symptoms and substance use;

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe the client has the strength and resilience to achieve the goals they set; the client has the solution to overcome
