About me
Hello! I'm Gina!! Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety or relationship issues (including parenting) I am here to help. Reaching out and looking into therapy and finding a therapist is a difficult and scary decision. Rest assured you are on the right path. You want to feel secure and safe with your therapist, and I provide this for each of my clients. My clients have described me as compassionate, professional, and warm. As an experienced and well-trained therapist, I can help you overcome those struggles and help you achieve the person you want to become. Clients can expect me to hear what brought them into counseling and what changes they would like to make. This is their journey and I want to learn about them and where they want to go.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I customize my treatment methods and tools around the individual, not every therapy approach will work for everyone. I will use methods and tools from the family systems approach, Interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, behavioral, and mentalization therapies.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
With 20-plus years of experience, I have worked with trauma, stress, anxiety, feelings of incompetence in the world, depression, loneliness, relationships and family. I have experience working with clients with physical health concerns and struggles with changes in their roles/responsibilities in life. I have worked with adults, families, teens, and children. From day-to-day struggles to chronic mental health issues, I can help you navigate those waters. I also have a compassion for first responders. They often struggle in seeking help and I want to make a safe place for them.

I primarily see adults but will see teens, children, and families. I also have a compassion for first responders. Their jobs are often under appreciated and reaching out for help and support can be very difficult for them.
