About me
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist licensed in the State of Arizona and received my Masters Degree in Marriage, Child, & Family Counseling from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. I work with several presenting issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, job stress, relationship issues and provide individual, couples, adolescent and family therapy. I take a person centered approach and utilize a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and emotionally focused interventions.

Based on your presenting concerns and personal history, we will create your treatment goals and interventions together. Generally speaking, most interventions will include a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapies, and psychoeducation to provide you with a strong foundation to process and heal.

I have worked in the mental health space for years in Executive roles while maintaining a small private practice at times, and have discovered that providing therapy to clients is what I truly enjoy and find most rewarding.
