About me

Welcome! I’m Elyse, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of clinical experience, licensed in California, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. I specialize in supporting women, mothers, children, and teens through anxiety, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure each client receives practical, effective tools for daily life. My work is collaborative and goal-oriented—I partner with every client to help them move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore the challenges that brought you to therapy. I take a collaborative, structured approach, so by the end of our conversation you’ll have a clear sense of the treatment plan I recommend and the goals we’ll work toward together. I strive to create a space where you feel grounded, understood, and empowered. We’ll begin identifying unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and start building practical strategies you can use right away—supporting you on the path back to the life you want to live.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling seen, validated, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their daily lives. I help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, understand how those patterns influence emotions and behaviors, and practice effective, real-world tools to improve coping and resilience. Our work is hands-on, empowering, and focused on translating insight into action.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily support two groups of clients: 1. Women experiencing anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, postpartum transitions, or parenting stress. 2. Children and teens (ages 8–18) managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or behavioral concerns. Many of my clients are new to therapy and aren’t always sure where to begin. They often find that our work together provides a grounded, approachable place to start making meaningful changes—one small, manageable step at a time. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong emphasis on strengths, resilience, and building practical skills that create lasting change.
