To me, therapy is most meaningful when it begins with curiosity rather than judgment. We'll start where you are, taking time to understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that seem to repeat themselves.

We’ll also explore how to set healthy boundaries, build coping strategies, and make space for movement, creativity, and joy in your daily life.

Along the way, we'll pay attention to what your mind and body may be communicating and use our work together as a space for insight, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

First session

One of the things I appreciate most about therapy is that some of its most meaningful discoveries unfold in ways neither of us could have predicted. During our first session, we'll explore what brings you here, what you're hoping will be different, and begin getting to know one another. I don't believe therapy is about fitting you into a formula or telling you who you should be. Instead, I approach our work with curiosity, trusting that greater understanding, new perspectives, and lasting change often emerge through the process of exploring together.

Strengths

I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. My work integrates psychodynamic, person-centered, and somatic approaches, helping clients understand not only what they're experiencing, but why. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help people make sense of the patterns, relationships, and life experiences that have shaped them. Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood and accepted, creating a foundation for greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

Ideal clients

I tend to work best with highly sensitive women navigating ADHD, anxiety, relationship challenges. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who spend a great deal of time caring for others while struggling to extend that same compassion to themselves. That said, if something you've read here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change.

Treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

One of the things I've learned over the years is that people grow when they feel genuinely heard and understood. While I bring knowledge and experience to our work, I don't believe I have all the answers about your life—you do. My role is to create a space where you can speak openly, explore honestly, and discover what feels true for you. Rather than directing the process, I'll walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and the belief that meaningful change often begins when we feel accepted as we are.

Psychodynamic

Many of us find ourselves living the same story in different forms—having the same arguments, choosing similar relationships, struggling with the same fears, or feeling stuck in patterns we don't fully understand. Psychodynamic therapy helps us slow down and become curious about those patterns. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, relationships, and beliefs may still be influencing your life today, often outside of your awareness. The goal isn't to dwell on the past. It's to better understand yourself in the present so you can make choices that feel more intentional, authentic, and aligned with the life you want to create.

Somatic

Sometimes our bodies know something long before our minds do. Anxiety can show up as a knot in the stomach, stress can settle into the shoulders, and old wounds can leave us feeling tense, disconnected, or on edge without fully understanding why. Somatic therapy helps us pay attention to these signals with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we'll explore how your nervous system responds to stress and develop ways to feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. I have found that when the body feels safer, meaningful emotional healing often becomes more possible.
