First session
I love to provide a warm and safe space for clients to share. In an initial session, I usually briefly explore a client's background, then begin to explore the issues that are currently causing challenges. I want to hear what each person is wanting out of therapy, then we discuss how we can reach those goals together.
Strengths
I strive to build on a client's strengths to facilitate growth in their lives. I focus on building on a client's current abilities, teaching new skills, and empowering each person to become the best version of themselves.
Ideal clients
I work with clients who want to address a multitude of topics including anxiety, depression, women's issues, difficulty in relationships, grief and loss, self-esteem, and stress.
