Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and start building a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and goals you hope to accomplish through your treatment. I will also ask questions about your history, current emotional well-being, daily functioning, relationships/family and stressors. This will help me gain a better understanding of your experience and determine how I can best assist you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I create a warm, safe, collaborative and entirely non-judgemental space where we can untangle how you are feelings and what you are struggling with.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are clients with perinatal mood disorders (postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety), birth trauma, generalized anxiety/panic attacks, chronic depression as well as adjustment issues related to life transition, relationship issues, family issue , interpersonal issues or career struggles. I can also work with couples who are going through difficult time due to adjustment issues after having their first child, communication problems.
