Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and start building a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and goals you hope to accomplish through your treatment. I will also ask questions about your history, current emotional well-being, daily functioning, relationships/family and stressors. This will help me gain a better understanding of your experience and determine how I can best assist you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
