Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Stamford, CT. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and have been in the field of social work for over 30 years. I help adults navigate their dally lives and assist them to live a healthy and happy life. I look forward to working with you.

My many years of experience has led me to the belief that collaboration between a therapist and client is the key to success. I will make sure that we are on the same page in the goals we develop and that you are heard completely in the process.

I work with clients with a multitude of issues that impact their lives including depression, anxiety, and family conflicts. I work with clients who are feeling stuck and overwhelmed with their lives and need help finding direction.
