I also assist clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and can provide relationship and couples counseling as well. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients will be asked to share their reasons for seeking therapy. Goals will be explored while building the therapeutic relationship. Clients will be listened to in an understanding and empathetic way and encouraged while they explore their reasons for change and receive feedback and positive regard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a great empathetic listener who tries to understand my clients thoroughly. I myself have personal experience with OCD and addiction and can approach from a place of true understanding and lived experience.
