I practice solutions-focused therapy by integrating free association, behavioral activation, narrative therapy and trauma processing to promote self-awareness; psychoeducation, including CBT/DBT Mindfulness skills development to help clients manage symptoms to triggers for anxiety, panic attacks, OCD compulsions and depression. I have extensive experience working with children, k-12 and college students, adults of all ages, parents, couples, LGBTQ+ and families of all backgrounds!
