Greetings! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Minnesota. I received my Masters from St. Catherine University/University of St. Thomas. I have been practicing for 11 years. I've been walking the Red Road (the north American Indigenous spiritual path) and participating South American healing practices since 2019. I'm incorporating modalities I've learned from my healing experiences a long with my professional education to create unique healing experiences for individuals based on their needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions. I will ask you to share what challenges you are experiencing and symptoms you have. I also like to review your background information, such as prior therapy, family of origin, and physical health issues. Then we will create a unique treatment plan catered to your needs to guide us through the next sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have the ability to cultivate a safe space for clients to not feel judged and be able to share their stories. I can offer some insight with clients as I have done a lot of work on healing in this lifetime and have the ability to be transparent and honest. I'm able to help explore and find the root causes of client's imbalances and able to offer insight that the client hasn't considered in the past. This includes exploring all areas of life to determine where the imbalances are.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adults that are starting to spiritually wake up. They are recognizing that their relationships are lacking fulfillment and don't align with their beliefs or values anymore. They are realizing that there are unhealthy relationship patterns and not finding homeostasis in romantic relationships. I work best with clients that are invested in doing the healing work, are self motivated to work on themselves between sessions, and understand that I'm a guide to help them find the best way to heal themselves. I can't wave a magick wand and make clients magicakly better.
