Hello! I am licensed in North Carolina, Iowa, North Dakota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Florida. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Congratulations on getting to this very important step! I am excited to support & empower you in that journey.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session I will ask some basic questions to get an overview of what brought you to therapy, some current symptoms, and any goals you may have for therapy. I will allow time for you to share whatever you would like for me to know and I will allow time for you to ask any questions you may have. My goal is always to provide a relaxed environment, to destress not add ANY stress:)
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I enjoy working with all ages, diagnoses, and life struggles. I have extensive experience with teens, adults, and older adults. I enjoy assisting in any challenges that may arise. No matter the age or symptoms we can work together so that you receive the quality of life that you deserve!
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I have experience and love working with all ages and stages of life. From teen, adult, to older adults. I am happy to assist any way I can!
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Our thoughts turn into our feelings but our feelings are not always facts. Working on training the brain is process but worth the journey.
Strength-Based
We all have strengths and weaknesses, often times building off of what we do well helps us grow and bloom as individuals.
Supportive
We all need someone to listen to our thoughts and feelings. Its amazing at how talking through them, we can feel a weight lifted off of us!
Positive Psychology
Sometimes we have to dig deep but there are a lot more positives then we tend to see initially.

I love working with Jessica. I feel so supported and cared for while also being held accountable, and she is amazing at asking leading questions to help me come to my own conclusions/ realizations. Can't recommend her enough for ADHD patients too!
