Welcome! My name is Tiffany Drake and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I’m here to support you as you take this important step. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your experiences, concerns, and hopes for therapy. We’ll discuss what brought you here and begin to identify goals that feel meaningful to you.
My aim is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore any areas of stress, relationships, or life transitions you’re navigating, and I’ll begin introducing tools and insights that may be helpful. Starting therapy is a brave choice, and I look forward to working with you to foster positive change and personal growth.
My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by my deep desire to help others. From serving as a peer counselor in school to volunteering in my community and being a supportive friend, I’ve always felt a natural pull toward guiding people through challenging times. I find fulfillment in witnessing individuals grow and become the best versions of themselves.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, offering tools and insights to cultivate well-being and a renewed sense of self. I specialize in Women's issues related to postpartum depression, supporting women through life transitions, managing stress, anxiety, and depression. Life changes can often feel overwhelming, whether they stem from shifts in career, relationships, or new stages of personal growth. I am here to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore these changes, identify coping strategies, and build resilience. For those experiencing postpartum depression, I understand the complexity of emotions that can accompany new motherhood. Together, we’ll work to ease feelings of isolation, self-doubt, and anxiety, fostering self-compassion and confidence.

I came to Tiffany for postpartum depression and I made the most amazing choice! Tiffany is very kind and understanding of me and my feelings. I feel heard and seen and I think have made big improvements in the way I move through life. I’ve become more self aware and over all more comfortable with processing my emotions. She’s a very genuine person and I feel comfortable sharing my true feelings without feeling judged.
