A majority of my experience and training is geared more towards adults (25+) and I am able to support clients who deal with anxiety, depression, phase of life changes, and grief/loss. I love to give client the tools they need to cope and manage with many of life's various stressors.

My treatment methods
Attachment-based
I support client with understanding how their attachment to a primary caregiver in the first 0-5 years significantly influences their attachment styles. I help support client with developing a secure attachment through "re-parenting" oneself.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often use CBT with client who are fresh to therapy and help them understand how their thoughts influence their feelings, which ultimately effects various behaviors in their lives. I teach client various interventions and tools they can use to when times get though.
Psychodynamic
I can support clients with this treatment who want to want to uncover how their childhood experiences can potentially influence subconscious thoughts and behavior in their lives now.
