About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and overwhelming stress. My approach is practical, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build healthier coping strategies, and help you move toward greater emotional well-being and confidence.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about our next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, empathy, patience, and a practical approach to therapy. I’m skilled at helping clients recognize unhealthy thought patterns, understand their emotional triggers, and develop strategies they can actually use outside of sessions. I balance compassionate listening with gentle challenge, so therapy isn’t just a place to talk—it’s a place to learn, grow, and make meaningful changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or a difficult life transition. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of handling everything on your own. You’re looking for a supportive space to be heard, but you’re also ready to learn practical tools, understand yourself better, and make meaningful changes in your life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify thought patterns that may be increasing anxiety, depression, or stress and work on replacing them with healthier, more realistic perspectives. I also provide practical coping tools you can use between sessions to manage emotions, respond differently to triggers, and create lasting change.
