This was my first session with Rosa. I can honestly say, I have never had a therapist who off the top was able to connect with me and I feel she understood me due to her approach. Her warm and supportive personality made it easy to talk to her and be open and honest without being judged. I will be continuing my therapy sessions with her because I know she is the true standard of what a therapist should be.

After a few bad experiences with therapy in the past, I'm really glad I found Rosa. I've been working with her for a few months and she has helped me work through a lot of issues with relationship trauma, self-awareness and modifying my own behaviors, and having tools to stay grounded and react appropriately to challenging situations. She is warm and genuine, listens, and has a great way of distilling my thoughts/feelings into easy-to-digest conclusions and insights.
