In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a lot of information gathering, AND it is also a way for us to understand how the other operates. You will get to know how I relate to and approach you - and if that works, great! If not, we can talk about next steps to get you the right person.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I'm an integrative kind of gal! While I always utilize a person-centered approach, I also like to provide interventions from Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy styles. Again - sessions and treatment are tailored to you in mind, and I am not a "one-size-fits-all" therapist.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am compassionate, friendly, and gently push you when needed. I am not afraid to ask the hard questions and provide feedback. I am authentic in my responses and engagement with clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults who are going through some big (or small) transitions in their life and are seeking guidance - so those who are graduating college; getting married; exploring different career options. My clients are wanting and eager to talk things through and ready to be challenged.
