Hello, I'm Emily! I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have 10 years experience in the therapy field. I enjoy working with couples, families and individuals coping with a range of challenges, including substance use, anxiety and related disorders and trauma. I have a wide range of experience with various mental health challenges as well as working with those of multiple different backgrouds.

I don't want you to feel like "just another client" when you meet with me. I aim to establish genuine rapport to make progress towards therapeutic goals.
