Hi, I am a licensed therapist based in New Jersey and New York. I received my master's degree from Fordham University and have been working with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, and loss for the last 10 years. I provide a safe, judgment-free environment for you to discuss your problems. My passion is helping others heal and find solutions. I will work closely with you to create a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will figure out the best way to get you to where you want to be and develop a strategy on how to get there.
