I incorporate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy as a transformative approach to healing emotional wounds and fostering personal growth. AEDP emphasizes the creation of safe and empathetic therapeutic relationships, allowing clients to explore and process difficult emotions with courage and resilience. By integrating experiential techniques and relational interventions, AEDP empowers clients to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner strength.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. By teaching practical skills and strategies, CBT empowers individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms, manage stress more effectively, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.
IFS is a therapeutic model that views the mind as a system of various "parts" or subpersonalities, each with its own thoughts, feelings, and motivations. In my practice, I use IFS to help clients explore and understand their internal dynamics, cultivate self-compassion, and integrate conflicting parts to achieve greater harmony and authenticity within themselves.
