About me

You might feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long—trying to keep it together while life feels heavier than it should. Maybe anxiety keeps running the show. Maybe you’ve been stuck in habits or patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Maybe you’ve gone through heartbreak, loss, or betrayal and can’t quite find your footing again. Or maybe you just know something’s off, and you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine. Here’s how I can help. Together, we’ll slow things down and get to the root of what’s really driving your emotions and behaviors—not just the surface stress, but the deeper patterns that keep showing up. I’ll help you develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings in real time so you can start responding differently instead of reacting automatically. We’ll also focus on rebuilding your confidence and connection—with yourself and the people who matter most. That means learning how to trust your own instincts again, set boundaries without guilt, and create habits that actually last. Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly talking through problems—it’s about real movement. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely hopeful about where you’re headed.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

From the moment we meet, my focus is on understanding you. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what you want life to look like moving forward. You’ll leave with a sense of direction—and we’ll create a clear, realistic plan for how to get there.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

You’ll get the most from working with me if you’re ready to be open, willing to try new tools, and committed to your own growth—even if you’re scared, uncertain, or have tried therapy before. I work best with people navigating anxiety, grief, shame, trauma, or relationship challenges who want more than coping—they want change. Direct + Compassionate: I’ll challenge you when it helps, but you’ll always feel respected and understood. Results-Oriented: I’m here to help you actually feel different—not just think differently. Specialized Expertise: Years of helping clients break cycles of anxiety, addiction, shame, and relational struggles. If you’re reading this, something in you already knows it’s time. Let’s start your next chapter.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with people who are ready to face the parts of life that feel the heaviest—whether that’s anxiety that never seems to quiet down, shame that keeps you playing small, grief that feels endless, or depression that’s stolen your motivation. Many of my clients are breaking free from addictions, healing from past trauma, or learning how to build and keep healthy relationships—sometimes for the first time. You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting. You just need a willingness to be honest, explore what’s been holding you back, and take steps toward the life you want. If you’re tired of just coping and you’re ready for real, lasting change, I can help you get there.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I integrate Brainspotting as a therapeutic approach that helps clients process and release deep-seated emotional and somatic issues. By identifying "brainspots," specific eye positions correlated with emotional activation, clients can access and process unresolved trauma or distressing experiences. Through gentle guidance and focused attention, Brainspotting facilitates the connection between mind and body, promoting healing and emotional regulation.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

I incorporate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy as a transformative approach to healing emotional wounds and fostering personal growth. AEDP emphasizes the creation of safe and empathetic therapeutic relationships, allowing clients to explore and process difficult emotions with courage and resilience. By integrating experiential techniques and relational interventions, AEDP empowers clients to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner strength.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. By teaching practical skills and strategies, CBT empowers individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms, manage stress more effectively, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a therapeutic model that views the mind as a system of various "parts" or subpersonalities, each with its own thoughts, feelings, and motivations. In my practice, I use IFS to help clients explore and understand their internal dynamics, cultivate self-compassion, and integrate conflicting parts to achieve greater harmony and authenticity within themselves.

Clark is the best! I have been working with him for a year now. He is warm, authentic, and inviting. He is non judgmental and meets you where you are at. He genuinely cares and you feel it. I am very fortunate to have found Clark and I am thankful to have the opportunity to work with him. He's amazing.
