About me

With over two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and roles. I bring this professional background to my practice, but my core desire remains the same: to be a warm, supportive presence as I guide you on your journey. I work from a relational focus, which means our work together will prioritize how you connect—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. My goal isn't just to help you navigate challenges, but to help you build a stronger, more authentic connection to your life. I'm here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as you discover a greater sense of peace and well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is all about you. I want to understand your world and what brought you here. I'll ask open-ended questions to get a feel for your experiences, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Think of it less as a formal interview and more as a conversation where you're in the driver's seat. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We'll explore your current situation, your background, and any past experiences that might be shaping your present. By the end of our time together, we'll have identified an initial focus for our work—a starting point that feels right for you. You'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a feeling of hope about the path forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is both warm and engaging. I combine a supportive, relational style with a practical, goal-oriented mindset. You’ll find a safe space to be vulnerable, while also being given clear actions to take between sessions. My focus is on empowerment. The ultimate goal of our work is for you to become your own best guide—equipped with the resilience and self-awareness to handle whatever comes your way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who want to improve how they feel, respond, and connect with others, but feel stuck or overwhelmed by a lack of structure. I enjoy working with individuals who recognizes that their struggles with stress, relationships, and overall well-being are linked to how they navigate their inner world and interact with people.
