New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. With experience across inpatient and higher levels of care, I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood and empowered to build lasting change.
Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we will get to know one another and begin exploring what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths and goals to gain a better understanding of your experiences. Together, we will identify what you hope to achieve in therapy and develop a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood and hopeful about the work we can do together.
My approach is warm, collaborative and client-centered. I believe that each person is the expert on their own experiences and I work alongside clients to better understand their challenges, build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and life transitions, and I strive to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal.
I'm best positioned to support adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges and difficulties with emotion regulation. I work well with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected and are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills and create lasting change. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult season or working toward long-term healing, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space tailored to your unique goals and needs.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
In my practice, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than trying to eliminate or avoid them.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns that may be contributing to distress and work to challenge and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, reducing impulsive behaviors and improving relationships. I integrate DBT techniques such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness to help clients navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients gradually face feared thoughts, situations or sensations while reducing reliance on compulsive behaviors or reassurance seeking. I integrate ERP techniques such as structured exposure hierarchies and response prevention skills to help clients build tolerance for anxiety and uncertainty in a safe and supported way. Rather than focusing on eliminating discomfort, I encourage clients to learn that they can experience distress without engaging in behaviors that reinforce the cycle of fear.
