Hi! I’m Christina Randle, LSCSW, based in Louisiana and practicing in AZ and KS. I received my Master's in Social Work from Wichita State University. I am currently working towards a Doctorate in Psychology. I have over 18 years of experience working with a diverse group of individuals to help them navigate life’s transitions. I enjoy using a range of techniques, along with my personal story, to help others as they walk through their own journey. I am passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In your first session, you can expect a warm and supportive environment. We’ll have time for introductions, understanding the therapeutic process, and discuss your specific challenges. We'll talk about what you hope to achieve through our work together and discuss any questions or concerns you might have about the therapeutic process. You can expect to leave the first session with a sense of direction and understanding of how therapy can support you towards meaningful change. This is a safe space for growth, discovery, and healing. It’s a journey we walk through together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a therapist, I believe my greatest strengths lie in my empathetic listening, creating a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment, and an integrative approach to treatment that combines clinical expertise with practical life experiences. My integrative approach means that I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and philosophies, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each client. In creating a comfortable atmosphere, I like it to feel like a natural interaction, as if talking with a trusted friend. I am flexible and adaptable to your needs and genuinely care about your well-being, often drawing on my faith to offer encouragement and support when appropriate.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I want to see you win! Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside incredible individuals—some striving to overcome obstacles, others seeking clarity, focus, or a competitive edge in their personal and professional lives. I am passionate about understanding people—their stories, their challenges, their drive to grow—and I am honored to play a role in helping them achieve more, push through transitions, and emerge stronger. The greatest compliment I’ve ever received is the trust of those who let me walk alongside them in their journeys. It’s a privilege, and I love every moment of what I do.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to their emotional distress. By teaching clients coping strategies, and promoting behavioral changes, the goal is to help the client improve their emotional well-being and problem-solving skills.
Humanistic
Utilizing a humanistic approach focuses on creating a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages clients to explore their feelings and self-concept. By emphasizing personal growth and self-actualization, the client can develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential.
Positive Psychology
Employing positive psychology focuses on enhancing the clients' strengths and fostering positive emotions to improve overall well-being and life satisfaction. By encouraging practices such as gratitude, mindfulness, and goal setting, clients cultivate resilience and a more optimistic outlook on life.
