With a total of 11 years in the mental health field and 6 years of dedicated therapeutic practice, I've developed a specialty in assisting clients confront challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Within our therapy sessions, I also integrate humor to create a warm and comfortable environment. Then, we focus on a plan that includes evidence based practices and techniques to build strategies to help you manage your anxiety or depression.
