About me
I graduated 21 years ago with a master's degree in counseling. Since graduation, I have traveled to Europe, South America and Asia, became certified as an English as a Foreign Language EFL Teacher and earned my licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC. With my diverse experience and training, I want to actively listen, allow you to be seen and heard. What is not helpful to you in your life, we can work on decreasing or eliminating. What brings you healing, fulfillment and joy, we will acknowledge and help these positive aspects to grow and improve.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, telehealth, and EMDR. I use evidence-based practices with years of experience with university students, veterans, senior citizens, individuals who were adopted, and clients who identify as lesbian or bisexual.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strengths are listening to understand, creating a safe, judgement-free environment, guiding each client toward self-discovery & positive solutions, and a good sense of humor.
